PCB, HD and gun bought working here off the forum. Cabinet bought locally, but it's a USA import. I suspect it's a monitor chassis issue. The cab powers on, no picture. You could have blown one or more of the buffer Chips for the Jamma Harness connector, or the debounce resistor array before them. I tested all the caps and resistors right before the jamma harness and all of them checked ok, also checked voltage on them and they are all at 4. Thank you for your reply.
