The one linked wasn't displayed on the main Intelligent Updater page. Did you try all the suggestions in the link that yogesh provided earlier, including downloading the latest version of LiveUpdate? It is possible that there is malware that is preventing you from updating that program.

As has already been mentioned, there is so much malware out there now and the old product really can't cut it.
